A Client Engagement Manager at WunderLand will thrive in a fast-paced sales culture. As a direct selling producer, you will develop meaningful client relationships and effectively position and sell our full suite of WunderLand solutions including staffing, managed projects, and studio solutions, to mid-market and enterprise clients within your designated market within a region.  

The Client Engagement Manager plays a critical part in our overall business and serves as an extension of the WunderLand brand. The opportunity for growth through excellent performance is unlimited in this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop meaningful client relationships through meetings, discovery and diagnosis of business issues and problems
  • Conduct prospecting and outreach to effect weekly meeting activity that will lead to annual personal sales and gross profit goals
  • Learn and become immersed in the creative, marketing and digital industry, maintain a pulse on the industry by attending networking events
  • Utilize a consultative approach to establishing business rapport with clients and with a key emphasis on client engagement
  • Partner closely with Talent Engagement team to engage on and fulfill staffing and project opportunities. Work closely to provide qualified opportunities to TEMs
  • Nurture client relationships to support the ongoing satisfaction and retention of clients.
  • Contribute to our REAL culture by cultivating relationships with the internal team, clients, and talent
  • Communicate frequently with your team on open orders, upcoming client needs, and operations that compliment sales activity
  • Ensure timely input of all sales activities in company tools and analyze data to make informed business decisions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of successful creative, IT or professional services staffing experience or outside sales experience.
  • Ability to thrive a metrics driven environment meeting revenue/GP goals

 Other Qualifications:

  • Able to plan objectives and provide direction, guidance, and assistance to others; independently organize work to meet established objectives
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Effectively makes use of written sources of information (reports, reference materials) as well as verbal sources of information
  • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Able and willing to document activity in the applicant track system following Operation’s guidance.
  • Must be able to travel in area territory
